Here is an audio example of THE PRESENCE PROCESS breathing practice. It is 5 minutes in length. It may be used  to initially commence the twice-daily 15 minute breathing sessions as required in the experiential procedure of THE PRESENCE PROCESS.

 

BREATHING 

 

Remember that that main instruction is to keep the breaths connected. This is all this audio seeks to demonstrate. Once you know the technique, breathe at a tempo that is comfortable to you. Note that your breathing tempo may change from day to day, from session to session, and from moment to moment within any particular session. Allow this. Again, the emphasis is not the intensity of the breathing - or the depth with which we breathe - but on the connectivity between the in-breath and out-breath.
