You can unplug your mind and eyes from devices by disconnecting from your social media accounts. It will do you good, too, because social media can be a source of stress and anxiety. Those political and image-building posts can stress anyone out.
You can relax without spending a penny. In fact, you can just decide to sleep for the whole weekend and not do anything at all. Spending money that you cannot afford is actually more stressful.
